And since a kid I was tough and manly.
Growing up in the storm
and I tempered my heart there.
I like streetfights
and if anyone wants a fight,

They call me The Fox,
I’m the tough guy from 1906.
I dress up always in the old fashioned way,
heels and handkerchief with much prestige.
And I carry the tango in my soul,
I’m a true milonguero.
I like the tango from the outskirts,
when you hear it, it makes your feet move,
dancing with “corte & quebrada”
in the style of yesterday.
