Osvaldo Pugliese was a pianist and a fighter of worker's rights.
His music kept evolving and each epoca has different character.
Instrumentals from the first period (1943-47) are study of Julio De Caro whom he admired very much.
He was not commercially successful at that time since his music was ahead of time but today we often hear his tangos, milonga & valses played at milongas.
